Taylor Mcouat is a student in Chemical Engineering. He has previously completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at the University of Calgary and is intrested in applying his knowledge and technical skills from this degree to chemical processes in the food, energy and manufacturing industries. As a member of the instrumentation team Taylor aims to work hands on with the brewing process measuring specific concentrations of chemicals throughout the process.
